Green by day, golden by night

One room, two moods, and not a single chair moved between them. AOMI was drawn as a living green house, a place that changes with the light rather than the floor plan.

By day the glass pulls in cool, even light. Water runs along the stone, the plants breathe, and the room reads as somewhere to work and to drink tea slowly. The greens stay clear, the brass stays quiet, and the whole space feels awake without ever feeling loud.

What the light decides

After sunset we lower the canopy of daylight and let candles take the room. The same plants become silhouettes, the same long table becomes a bar, and the greens deepen into something closer to a forest at dusk. Amber does the work that a renovation usually only pretends to.

Nothing is themed and nothing is rebuilt. We trust light, water and ritual to do what styling can only imitate.

This is the discipline behind the green house. The architecture never moves, so the transformation has to be honest. We design the fixed things, the stone, the cedar and the water, to look right under two completely different skies, then let the hour decide which one you meet.

A house, not a venue

AOMI was never meant to be a space with a day shift and a night shift. It is a single room that keeps its character from the first bowl of matcha to the last drink, and asks only that you arrive at the hour that suits your mood.
